
As the season #1 comes to its close, with the advent of week #8, #sehatkirasoi, with its variety of food hackers & experts is all geared to serve many novel recipes, with its traditional flavours, the myriad, colourful and healthy ingredients, some wise home secrets and food tips, modern methods made easy, and some delectable dishes all made for the people who have followed and been a part of this 8 week culinary journey of Indian and Fusion food, from the kitchen of health, KENT PRESENTS SEHAT KI RASOI.
The show with its season #1 closing, has been able to bring in a variety of unique, home spun dishes, with heavy focus on organic, handmade, home grown, farmers’ special, grand ma special recipes which are high on fibre and nutrition, and very easy to make.
The ladies who visited the kitchen for health set, created magic with simple ingredients, recycled chapatis, rice and created delicious dishes, and talked about promoting organic and ancient grains and spices.
The show presented the recipes in a way that traditional methods of roasting, grinding, sauteing, shallow frying, layering were fused with modern techniques and appliances that gave that extra finesse to each recipe made by the guests.

Sehat Ki Rasoi welcomed food experts, foodies from different walks of life. If there were home chefs, youtube chefs, professional cooks, then there were also foodpreneurs, food bloggers, food writers, cultural historians, food hackers, vegan food aficianados or just plain foodies!! Each woman was a story teller…of her journey of good and healthy food..churning out delicious, nutritious recipes for the audience of #sehatkirasoi.
The show also made sure that the audience received correct and relevant information regarding the benefits of food, and how to eat healthy and maintain a good health during all ages. The show thus invited health experts, nutritionists and wellness experts, doctors, fitness experts and naturopaths and ayurvedic experts to give valuable tips to the viewers.
